The owner of Xtreme 4x4 started with Jeeps
28 years ago! It started with a '73 Jeep Commando in 1976. There weren't many lift companies out then, and there were
no lift kits for a Commando at all! The owner made up a 3" kit and trimmed the wheelwells and added 33" tires, which
at the time were some of the biggest tires out!
That
Jeep was sold in 1980 and a '76 Jeep CJ-5 was purchased. It had a 3spd, 304 V-8 and only 15,000 actual miles. It ended
up with 3" of suspension lift and 3" of body lift and 35" tires! That Jeep got 4wheeled every weekend, and
got stuck a few times too! It got hung up in mud so bad one time, it had to have Logging Equipment assist in its removal.
Those were just two of the 29 Jeeps the owner has owned himself, not to mention the Hundreds of others
he has worked on and modified for Customers over the 24 years of being in the Business! Employeed at Valley 4Wheel-drive Center
in 1980, then opened Fantasy Off-Road in 1986 and started Xtreme 4x4 Center Inc. in 1996.
